Origin data
In most cases, Less Toxic Please receives your data directly from yourself. With gift cards and vouchers, it is possible that we receive your data from someone else.

Persons under the age of 16
We do not intend to collect data from persons under the age of 16. It is not allowed to make a purchase on this webshop by persons under the age of 16, without the prior consent of the parent or legal representative. Are you a parent or legal representative and has your child provided us with personal data? Please contact us as soon as possible.

The reason behind the data processing

  • Less Toxic Please collects your data for entering into and executing agreements. When you place an order in the Less Toxic Please webshop, we process data such as your name and address details, e-mail, telephone number, invoice and delivery details and financial details in order to be able to execute and handle the order. We use the payment provider Mollie to process your order. We will forward your contact details to the delivery service so that your order can be delivered. Do you want to exchange or return an order? Then of course we need your data to make this right. The basis for this data processing is entering into and executing the agreement.
  • When you contact us (for example by e-mail or by filling in the contact form on the website), we store your message and contact details so that we are able to respond to your message. We process this data under the basic agreement, when your question, request or complaint relates to the service. In all other situations, we process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest to be able to respond to your message.
